Die-cut Components and Parts

Die-cutting means cutting 2 dimensional shapes from sheets of a given material by pressing a shaped edge into sheeting. This area is one of the major strengths of Canada Rubber Group Inc. and with machines like our automated flash cutter that requires no tooling, our oscillating travel-head press, high-speed, rotary and beam presses and our kiss-cutting capabilities we are able to offer an extremely competitive product to suit your needs.

Please contact our sales team for more information on how our die-cutting facilities can work for you.

Kiss cutting
A specialized process of die cutting that allows parts to be cut while removing the excess material and leaving only the desired product ready for use in a roll. This is especially valuable when speedy and hassle-free application of the product is required.
