By feeding a rubber or plastic material -
or even dual durometers of given materials
- through a die in a continuous stream, an
extruder is able to produce tubing, matting
or other such products. The parts may then
be cured with saltwater or microwave energy,
or shaped and strengthened by knitting or
other methods. Finally, the product can be
affixed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive
before being cut to size.
Our extrusion products are made to the RMA
Tolerance as seen below. Please contact our
sales team for more information on how our
extruding facilities can work for you.
