Rubber

Rubber is a general term for elastomer materials, independent from whether they are made from natural or synthetic substances or combinations of both. The term "rubber" in its modern technical/ engineer scientifical use always stands for a manmade solid product as a result of a more or less industrial manufacturing process.

There are many different compounds of rubber that CRGI can supply. They are: Butyl , C.I. Packing , EPDM , CSM (Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene) , Natural Rubber , Neoprene , Neoprene Diaphragm , Nitrile Black , Nitrile White , Red Sheet , SBR , Silicone , Viton , and Wear Resistant Rubber.

• Rubber can be produced in a sheet or roll form and can then be slit into stripping or die-cut into gaskets for sealing applications.
• Rubber can be moulded into 3-dimensional shapes for sound dampening or anti-vibration applications.
• Rubber can be extruded into a continuous length with 3-dimensional profiles for sealing applications.
